Uber Kenya
Video Production including peer to peer & roleplays
As part of Uber's future of work programme, they needed a relatable and easily accessible way to train drivers on key skills to improve their lives. But they didn't know where to begin.
Our Solution:
Zydii came on as an end to end digital training partner. From discovering what areas the drivers had challenges with and what they wanted to learn, to customizing and developing the content and finally rolling it out in a way such that they could easily access it. We developed 6 custom training courses and also leveraged peer to peer learning. 5,000 drivers were trained with over 90% doing so on mobile.
National Bank of Kenya
Direct Conversion and HTML authoring.
The National Bank of Kenya needed to upgrade their Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) industry training content that was required to empower National Bank staff with the context and guidelines for financing in the water sector.

COVID-19 affected millions of MSME's. Mastercard Foundation Covid-19 Resilience Programme was designed to provide financial support to MSME's and they also needed to upskill businesses with skills to help them revive their businesses.
Our Solution:
We worked with the Foundations' stakeholders as the technical assistance partner for the digital training aspect of the programme. A key element of this was customization and creation of of digital training content.
Crown Paints
Video Production
The Crown Paints training team was incredibly stretched having to travel constantly to conduct three to five day training workshops in various regions. COVID-19 added a new challenge with the lockdown and restriction of group gatherings, all face to face group training for Crown Paints was halted.

Zydii digitized the Crown Paints product training to enable current and future employees to access the training anytime, anywhere. This also led to extensive cost savings on travel and logistics.
