1. Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights

You also agree that we may record any part of the courses for purposes of marketing, promoting, demonstrating or operating the website and grant the Company permission to use your name, likeness, image or voice in connection with such purpose and waive any and all rights of privacy, publicity and any other rights of similar nature, to the extent permissible by law.

4. Infringement of Copyright or Intellectual Property Rights

Any content or courses that infringe or are likely to infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party will be removed from our website as soon as we are made aware of such infringement. If you are the owner of intellectual property rights or authorized to act on behalf of such owner, you are required to report any infringement through our website by emailing learn@zydii.com and informing us of the infringing content, your mailing address and telephone contacts and which country the intellectual property rights apply to. We will act within our sole discretion to terminate any user accounts and access to the Website, if a user has been notified of the infringement at least twice, and regardless of whether the user has taken any action to remedy such infringement.

This policy shall survive and remain in force and effect after termination of your use of our website.
